Each individual mask, produced by different manufacturers in separate countries, has varying size guide requirements. However, as a general guide, measuring the circumference of the head (from chin around to the back of the head) the following sizes are a solid guide for a good fitting mask. 

Size Small - Up to 64CM Circumference 

Size Medium - 65-66CM Circumference 

Size Large - 67-69CM Circumference
