We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return the item(s) included in your order must be in the same condition that they were received in. The item(s) must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in there original packaging. You’ll also need the order reference number from your purchase.

All payments and liabilities of the return process are accepted by the customer. 

MASKX does not accept responsibility or liability for any and all deliveries that are not received by the customer due to loss, damage or mis-delivery by any delivery service, where in circumstances such as that the correct postage address provided by the customer has been used by MASKX. In such an event the customer will not be eligible for a refund or duplication of their order.

If there has been a mistake with the customers postage address and it doesn't match with the address provided by the customer then the customer will be eligible for a full refund or a repeat of the exact same order(s) fully free of charge.

If an order is not received as the customer has provided either a partial, or incorrect delivery address, then the customer is not eligible for a refund and the customer accepts full responsibility for contacting the delivery company(s) or accidental recipient to organise the return of their item(s) to the correct address.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accept, and may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can take corrective action.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-4 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and return the payment to your account.

MASKX reserves the right to amend, void or use discretion regarding any and all of the terms and conditions related to the refund process as stated above.
